What is “Best Around the Beltway”?

I started this website after a friend had a horrible experience getting tires installed. A most simple task with hundreds of choices in the DC. He walked away with an improper installation and almost a grand in wheel damage. I will continue to put the names of individuals (with their permission) that excel in their work; until they screw up of course :) … which I hope never happens.
